Responsibilities: -Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users -Ensure the security of the IT systems, including data backup and disaster recovery -Plan and implement IT projects -Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance -Develop and implement IT policies and procedures Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field -2+ years of experience in an IT management role -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills -Strong organizational and project management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: -Experience with IT service management (ITSM) -Knowledge of IT security best practices -Familiarity with IT budgeting and cost control -Understanding of networking concepts and protocols -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
